Is drinking water and restrooms close by?

Yes, within walking distance from the entire event.

When do vendors need to be set up ready to go?

Please be set up 15 minutes prior to start. After unloading, please move vehicles out of main parking lot.

Will I get an immediate response after I submit an email to register?

After registering allow 1-2 weeks to receive your booth location along with final conformation.

Is a tent or table provided?

Vendors will need to provide their own tent or table if needed.

Who is the target audience of the event?

This is a family friendly event please present accordingly.

Where is vendor check-in located?

Check in is not at this event

What if I am unable to attend after registering?

Contact us by email and let us know immediately!

Am I allowed to sell something that I have not made?

If you don't make what you’re selling, please include in the submission email and you will be staged in resellers.

Will there be entertainment during the event?

Live music, performers,

30 vendors are the maximum amount for this event

Festival Seminar

As a registered vendor of Wichita Festival of the Arts, vendors are eligible for an ongoing educational program that will help answer many questions about vending basics. Topics include: accounting taxes, marketing, copyrights and much more. Similar seminars cost artists in metro areas hundreds of dollars.
